1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using OCTA, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide accurate information, and use OCTA only where permitted by applicable law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for protecting your password, Recovery Key, transaction PIN, devices, and verification codes. Tell Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional checks before restoring access or processing a sensitive request.
3. Services and instructions
OCTA may provide account balances, deposits, transfers, swaps, copy-trading tools, market information, and related features. An instruction is treated as authorized when submitted through your authenticated account. Availability, processing time, limits, and supported assets may change.
4. Transactions
Review asset, network, amount, destination, fees, and recipient details before confirming. Some instructions cannot be reversed after completion. Pending requests may be reviewed, delayed, declined, or cancelled when required for security, compliance, liquidity, operational, or legal reasons.
5. Copy trading and market information
Past results do not guarantee future performance. Copying a trader can produce gains or losses and does not remove market risk. You remain responsible for allocation decisions, limits, and stopping an active allocation.
6. Restrictions and suspension
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or address technical risk. You may not evade controls, misrepresent identity, manipulate activity, or use OCTA for unlawful purposes.
7. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, OCTA is not responsible for indirect loss, market movements, third-party outages, or loss caused by inaccurate instructions or compromised credentials. We may update these Terms prospectively and will provide notice when a material change requires it.
